Mindset for children

Those with a fixed mindset believe that intelligence and abilities are something we are born with and can do little to change; while those with a growth mindset believe that intelligence and abilities can be improved. It is now understood that children who have a growth mindset have greater motivation, more prepared to take risk, higher achievement as well as lower stress, anxiety and depression. The good news is that a growth mindset can be developed and nurtured.
